Whether you call them Bath Teas, Herbal Soak, Bathing Herbs or Tub Tea they are all for taking the time to relax.  Taking the time to soak in the tub with beautiful herbal aromas will make your stressful day seam manageable.  Made with herbs, flowers, epsom salt and essential oils.    The addition of Epsom salt will help cleanse and detoxify your skin.

You will receive five different bath teas in a cotton drawstring bags.  Ready for gift giving or a treat for yourself.

The best way to the Bath Tea is to add it to the bath water in the tub, but you can also put it under the stream of the shower to get the aroma benefit. 
Packaged in cellophane bags, made from 100% clear compostable cellulose found in wood fibers taken exclusively from sustained forests.  In a home composting environment, will typically break down in a few weeks.
The herbs chosen for each Bath Tea has a different purpose.  But, each of them is relaxing.  Each one is a mix of herbs, flowers, epsom salt and essential oil..

To Use:
Fill the reusable cotton bag with about ½ cup (one ounce) and tie shut.  Tie bath bag under faucet so the water will go through the herbs as the bath tub fills with water. Once the bath is full, remove the bag from the facet and float in the water. You can also use the bags like a washcloth.  Soak in the bath for 15-30 minutes. Bath teas can also be made by brewing an extra strong tea and pouring directly into the tub.
When you finished with your bath discard the herbs, rinse the bag out and hang up to dry. When it is dry you can reuse it for your next bath.  
While salt baths have some many positive effects, if you are under physicians care for any condition you should consult your health care provider before taking a salt bath.  This includes heart conditions, low or high blood pressure, diabetes, liver or kidney issues or you are pregnant. 
If you experience began to feel dizzy when taking a bath, get out of the slowly and drink plenty of water.  If you do not feel better soon, seek medical attention.
